One man has died in a Goodhue County collision that involved a semi truck Friday night, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. 

An incident report said the crash happened at Highway 52 and Highway 57 near Zumbrota.

According to the report, two 22-year-old men in a Chevy Impala crossed southbound Highway 52 traffic before pulling out in front of the northbound semi. 

The passenger, Cody William Lloyd Squier, died in the crash. The driver, Jacob Paul Nelson, sustained non-life threatening injuries. Both are from St. Ansgar, Iowa. 

The driver of the semi has been identified as Christopher John Small, 54, of Coon Rapids. He was not injured in the collision. 

Authorities have indicated that alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
