RAW VIDEO: Minnetonka Police Capt. Discusses Kidnapping Incident

Minnetonka police are seeking the public's help in finding two people involved in a kidnapping Thursday in Minnetonka.

According to the Minnetonka Police Department, witnesses saw Jahon Douglas kidnapping his ex-girlfriend Nicole Smith at gunpoint at about 4 p.m. near the 10000 block of Bren Road in Minnetonka.


Capt. Shelley Petersen, with the Minnetonka Police Department's investigative unit, spoke during a news conference about the kidnapping incident.
