In addition, the four Ramsey County sheriff's deputies involved in the incident have been identified as well.

They are Lisa Daly, who has been a deputy with the sheriff's office the past 25 years, Doug Haider, who has been with the sheriff's office the past 11 years, Andre Rongitsch, who has been with the sheriff's office 12 years, and Sara Naglosky, who has been with the sheriff's office the past four months.

All four deputies remain on standard administrative leave.

A release from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Monday stated deputies were on routine patrol between Highway 61 and I-694 Sunday night when they noted a suspicious RV and car parked on the street at 3250 Fanum Road.

The four responding deputies located a male, Jahnke, inside the RV and a female inside the car. At some point, according to the release, a deputy inside the RV fired their weapon, shooting Jahnke.

He was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul where he later died.

The release said the woman in the car was interviewed and released. No deputies were injured and all four are now on standard administrative leave. The deputies were not wearing body cameras, but investigators are reviewing squad video taken at the scene.

The release from the Department of Public Safety Wednesday said the matter remains under investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
