North Minneapolis Resident Form Patrol to Lower Crime in Their Community

Residents of the Jordan neighborhood are taking it upon themselves to bring down crime in the north Minneapolis neighborhood.

With the help of the Minneapolis Police Department, residents in the Jordan neighborhood have started a neighborhood patrol.


Cathy Spann, executive director of the Jordan Area Community Council, has said residents have already been speaking about the change they have seen in the community.
