New Prague High School Closed After Students Release Pigeons

New Prague High School was closed Friday after students released pigeons as a prank, according to a statement from the district.

The district said the school was closed because the pigeons created, "an unsafe environment for students and staff." The statement called the incident, "a poor choice by some students."


The school is expected to be reopened next week.
