Minnesota Moment: St. Paul Neighborhood Organization Urges Youth to Use Their Voice for Change

The North End Neighborhood Association worked with neighborhood youth on Thursday to show them they can use their voice to change the community.

As a part of the program, the teens were able to meet city leaders, including St. Paul Mayor-Elect Melvin Carter.
