Fueling Up the Right Way for the Twin Cities Marathon

Thousands of people will be running in the full Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Sunday morning. It takes a long time to train for the 26.2 mile endurance test, but it can also be easy to make mistakes when preparing for such a physical challenge. 

Stephen Glass of Amino Vital explains the do's and don'ts of nutrition before, during and after the big race.
