Local country artist Chris Hawkey was inspired to create a new song about his own struggles, and he will play a free concert Friday at the Mall of America to spread a message about suicide prevention.

The event, called "Get Happy," will also raise money for SAVE, or Suicide Voices of Education.

In the video above, Dr. Dan Reidenberg of SAVE explains how the concert will raise awareness about suicide. More information about the concert can also be found here.
