Former White Bear Lake Real Estate Agent Gets Probation in Drug Case

July 27, 2016 04:12 PM

A former real estate agent who was caught on video stealing prescription medications from a Stillwater home he was selling will spend five years on probation.

Sixty-three-year-old Lawrence Yearsley of White Bear Lake reached a plea agreement with prosecutors in Washington County back in April and was sentenced Wednesday. He was charged in January with felony theft.

Homeowners who hired Yearsley to sell their house reported a controlled substance missing from their son's room. The homeowner’s son set up the camera because he was worried people would go through his things during showings.
