August 10, 2017 04:58 PM

On Jan. 1, 2014, Minneapolis' Cedar-Riverside neighborhood was blocked off from one end of Cedar Avenue to the other. It was frigid, but firefighters were focused on putting out a fire that started after an explosion.

More than a dozen were injured and three people lost their lives in that explosion. Now, more than three-and-a-half years after the incident, a lawsuit has been filed in Hennepin County seeking medical damages on their behalf.
