A 44-year-old Roseville man is charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13 after authorities say he sexually assaulted three children who attended his wife's home day care.

Edgar Noe Lopez-Monter was charged Thursday in Ramsey County. He made his first court appearance Friday.
