Court records show the charges against Matthew Leininger were dismissed in November. He had faced five counts of theft by swindle.

He was accused of stealing the drugs between June 22 and Dec. 25, 2016, according to a release from the Hennepin County Attorney's Office. Among the drugs he was accused of stealing were fentanyl, morphine and oxycodone.
