The Blue Door Pub is known for its Blucy, its version of the stuffed hamburger known as the Juicy Lucy.

But Thursday, the bill of fare will be turkey and all the trimmings. All three Blue Door locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul will be closed for business.

But owners and employees will prepare over 2,000 hot meals to be donated to organizations all over the Twin Cities and served to those in need of a Thanksgiving meal.

Those at the Blue Door say over 90 percent of the food is donated by food distribution companies the restaurants work with daily.
