2017 State Fair: One For the Books

September 04, 2017 11:02 PM

This year's Minnesota State Fair came to an end Monday, but fairgoers packed a year's worth of memories into the past 12 days.

When total attendance is announced Tuesday, 2017 has a chance to be the most-attended in the event's 158-year history. If Labor Day crowds were large enough, this year's State Fair would break 2016's record of 1,943,719 people.
