Entira Family Clinics Recommend Healthy Fall Activities

October 25, 2016 05:54 PM

Doctors at Entira Family Clinics want to remind Minnesotans of all the healthy activities you can incorporate into your workout routine during the fall.

Apple picking and pumpkin carving are examples that will give you a pretty nice arm workout. Raking leaves and chopping wood will work all major muscle groups.

And looking ahead to next Monday, trick or treating is a great way to get a brisk walk in. But don't eat all the candy right away.
