Honeywell Passes Final Contract Offer to Union Workers

Honeywell presented its final union contract agreement to nearly 950 employees Wednesday morning.

The current contract was set to expire overnight and both sides negotiated late into the night over wages, benefits and work rules.

Representatives of the Golden Valley-based company—which makes a variety of commercial and consumer energy, safety and security products—say both sides negotiated a new contract.

The current contract agreement has been extended to Saturday, when the union will vote on the new offer.
