New Charges Against 2 Former Starkey Executives

Federal prosecutors have added new charges against two former Starkey executives.

In a new indictment released Thursday, prosecutors allege Jerry Ruzicka and Scott Nelson lied on their tax returns.


Prosecutors say both men reported their total gross income as far less than it actually was.

These charges are in addition to charges filed last September accusing Ruzicka and Nelson and three others of stealing more than $20 million from Starkey labs.
