At least six Gander Mountain stores in the state will soon close, but five will remain open, the stores' parent company announced Friday.

Camping World Holdings, which bought the St. Paul sporting goods and outdoors chain and is run by celebrity businessman Marcus Lemonis, released a list of the locations that will stay open.

Stores in Lakeville, Forest Lake, Hermantown, Bemidji and Baxter will remain open, while a location in Woodbury will be rebuilt, the company said.

Stores in Blaine, Eden Prairie, Mankato, St. Cloud, Rochester and Rogers were not on the list of locations that will stay open.

Camping World bought Gander Mountain in a bankruptcy auction in April.
