Luring incident reported near St. Paul school
 

St. Paul school officials are warning parents about a luring incident near Hancock Hamline Magnet Elementary School on Wednesday.

Mandy Richie with the district says the incident happened near the intersection of Carol Avenue and Arundel Street.

A student was walking home from their bus stop after school when a stranger approached the child. Police say asked the child to get into his car. However the student was able to notify their family, who contacted St. Paul Police.

The suspect is described as an African American man with a moustache. He was driving a scratched blue sedan.
