 ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden will visit St. Cloud on Thursday for a town hall forum on how the recovery act can help build a strong middle class.
The White House announced that Biden and members of the middle class task force will hold the session at the New Flyer Bus Co., which produces low-emission, alternative-fuel vehicles.
According to the White House announcement, New Flyer hired more than 90 people at the St. Cloud plant last year and now has 650 employees working to fill a two-year backlog of orders.
Biden and the task force members will be taking questions from the audience and submitted through a White House Web site, www.astrongmiddleclass.gov.
