St. Paul Officer Who Ran into 101-Year-Old Woman has Record

The St. Paul police officer who backed into a 101-year-old woman last week had two prior incidents listed as preventable.

Officer Lori Goulet was on a separate call when she backed up her police vehicle on South Cleveland Avenue and hit Roza Sakhina, knocking her over. Sakhina later died.

The prior incidents happened in the 1990's, according to records. The incidents were labeled preventable, which means there was a reason to believe Goulet was at fault.
Her file includes nine commendations and two oral reprimands.
