Rare Hotel Goes up at Mall of America

A luxury hotel is opening in Bloomington that could bring new business to Mall of America.
    
The Radisson Blu is only the second of its kind in the United States.
    
It's on the south side of the mall and it's the first hotel ever to be connected to the mall by skyway.
    
Minnesota based Mortenson construction helped build the $137-million property
