Man Calls 911 to Report Stolen Building in Clay County, Minn.

A small business owner near Fargo will always have an amazing story to tell about the building he bought - but then lost.

Lance Akers has a landscaping business near Pelican Rapids. He bought a storage building in Clay County and planned on moving it closer to his current buildings.

Akers showed up three weeks after buying it - and it was gone.

At first, he thought the wind knocked it over. But then he called 911.

It took two minutes to convince a dispatcher that he was serious.

Officials say they don't have any suspects. Akers says he lost about $10,000 because he didn't have insurance on the building yet..
