Guthrie Theater Offers 'Tweet Seats'

Smartphones won't be off limits anymore if you go to a performance at the Guthrie Theater, but you have to have the right kind of ticket.

The theater is offering a limited number of "Tweet Seats" in a balcony level of the McGuire Proscenium where social media fans can tweet and post Facebook updates during the show. The seats will be in an area that won't disturb other theater-goers.

They'll get their first test run this Thursday.
