Mobile500 Alliance (or “we” or “us”) operates the website located at www.mobile500alliance.com and all corresponding web pages and websites associated with the foregoing URL (each a “MyDTV Website” or a “Mobile500 Alliance Website”), the MyDTV branded applications (each a “MyDTV Application”), and other content, features, functionality and other information and services offered by us from time to time through the MyDTV Applications and/or the MyDTV Websites, including when accessed via the Internet, mobile or other devices (collectively, the “MyDTV Services”). The Mobile500 Alliance is comprised of over 50 different member companies within the United States.
2. SUBMISSION AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION ON MYDTV SERVICES
User Submitted Information:
Registration Information is the information that users provide to register for a MyDTV Service, for example, to use a MyDTV Application, receive a newsletter or enter a contest or sweepstakes. Registration Information may include, for example, name, email address, gender, zip code, birthday, and preferences about wireless carrier provider usage.
Public Information and Posts consist of comments or content that you post to the MyDTV Services and the information about you that accompanies those posts or content, which may include a name and/or picture. Public Information and Posts will always be public which means it will be available to everyone and may be displayed in search results on external search engines. We are not responsible for any third party use of such Public Information and Posts.

Information Collected by the MyDTV Services:
Transactional and Activity Information. When you access the MyDTV Services, we may collect certain information about those visits. For example, in order to permit your connection to the MyDTV Services, we may receive and record information about your computer and browser, including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. If you access the MyDTV Services from a mobile or other device, your unique device identifier assigned to that device, your geolocation data, or other transactional information for that device may be collected. We may also collect caller ID data and/or your mobile phone number so we can be responsive to customer service issues that you may experience when using the MyDTV Services.
We may collect viewing information, including, without limitation, programs watched, duration of viewing, social media and other sharing actions within the application, interaction with and exposure to advertising, use of closed captioning, use of recording activity, use of program guide and all other actions, activities, and features afforded by use of the MyDTV Service (including, without limitation, any and all enhancements and future versions thereof).
Third parties that support the MyDTV Services by serving advertisements or providing services, such as providing users with the ability to comment on content, allowing users to share content or tracking aggregate site usage statistics, may also use these technologies. Mobile500 Alliance does not control these third party technologies and their use is governed by the privacy policies of the third parties using such technologies. We reserve the right to use the information we collect to provide the MyDTV Services and features to you including to measure and improve those services and features, to personalize your experience by delivering relevant content, advertising and marketing messages, to provide you with customer support, and to respond to inquiries. We reserve the right to use and share aggregated, anonymous data about use of and activity on the MyDTV Services as we see fit.
To allow third party service providers to assist us in providing and managing the MyDTV Services. Mobile500 Alliance reserves the right to make the information we collect (including non-public personal information) available to third party service providers, such as contractors, agents or sponsors, who help us manage or provide the MyDTV Services.
To contact you, Mobile500 Alliance or Member Companies may periodically send promotional materials (e.g., newsletters) or notifications related to the MyDTV Services to the email address you provided to us at registration or to your account. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials from Mobile500 Alliance or a Member Company, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. There are certain service notification emails that you may not opt-out of as long as you are a member, such as notifications of changes to the MyDTV Services or policies.
To protect the rights of Mobile500 Alliance, Member Companies and our users, there may be instances when MOBILE500 ALLIANCE will disclose user information without providing notice or choice, including situations where MOBILE500 ALLIANCE has a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to: (i) protect or defend the legal rights or property of MOBILE500 ALLIANCE, our Member Companies or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of users of the MyDTV Services or members of the public; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; or (iv) comply with the law or legal process.
To complete a merger or sale of assets:
If Mobile500 Alliance sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of all or part of its assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or part of its business, or involved in any other proposed or actual acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance, or financing of all or any portion of the Mobile500 Alliance or its affiliates, Mobile500 Alliance reserves the right to transfer any information we collect to third parties in connection with such transaction.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard user information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. However, as effective as the security measures implemented by us may be, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our MyDTV Services’ servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us or our third-party service providers over the Internet.
