1 Killed, 3 Critically Injured in Rochester Crash

One person was killed and three others critically injured in a three-car crash east of Rochester Thursday.
The State Patrol says the crash happened shortly before 1 p.m. on U.S. Highway 14 near milepost 217.
According to authorities, a Cadillac driven by 74-year-old Robert Dusso of Eyota was traveling eastbound on the highway when it drifted across the center line and crashed head-on with a Toyota Corolla headed westbound. A third vehicle, an Audi, then hit the Corolla.
Dusso died at the scene.
The driver of the Corolla, 57-year-old Monica Harrell of Winona, was taken to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester in critical condition.
The driver and a passenger in the Audi were also hospitalized in critical condition. Authorities have identified them as 17-year-old Ashley Wiltrout and 15-year-old Justen Wiltrout, both of Rochester.
