Who Killed Doc? A 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS Investigation
Inspector General ReportIn July 2009, the Department of Defense Inspector General issued a report finding David Cedergren from South St. Paul was one of 18 service members and contractors electrocuted in Iraq. One of the service members died, the Inspector General found, because "multiple systems and organizations failed, leaving him and other U.S. Service members exposed to unacceptable risk of injury or death."
