TRACKING YOUR $: Amendment cash going to the dogs?
It's a constitutional amendment to protect Minnesota's natural resources and the arts.
We saw a lot of advertisements running during the past election, as supported spent big money to get the amendment passed.
But now that it's law, everyone seems to be lining up for some of the money and several projects are raising eyebrows.
