The search is over for a missing Cannon Falls teenager.
The Cannon Falls Police Department says Nick Hoffman, 15, was found just before 11 p.m. Monday.
According to police, there did not appear to be any forced entry into his residence, and it is unsure if Hoffman walked away, met someone or was picked up. He had been last seen at his home Sunday night and was discovered missing Monday morning.
Hoffman is now at home with his family.
