Crews work to make Bagram base more permanent
Several of the buildings at Bagram Airbase have been built to last for just two years. In fact, the base was established in 1980s by the Soviet Union.
Crews are working to update the base in order to make it a more permanent part of Afghanistan's landscape.
Anchor Leah McLean and Photo Chief Joe Caffrey are traveling with the 133rd Airlift Wing and tell us about what crews are doing to update the base.
