'Slow Food Minnesota' celebrates what might be called old-fashioned cooking and dining--the opposite of fast food.
The founder of the movement, Ron Huff, along with the help of Mike Phillips, owner and chef at Craftsman Restaurant, are hoping to get people to slow down and enjoy their meals.
