Victim’s Survivor Fund
Kim Brown is one of the forces behind the Victim's Survivor's Fund. Brown created an impact map as part of a website she worked on to gain support for the fund. The Bridge Compensation Bill was signed by Gov. Tim Pawlenty in May. It provides up to $400,000 for each victim.
