INTERVIEW: St. Paul Public Schools Superintendent Talks Changes for New School Year

One of the largest school districts, St. Paul public schools goes back in session on Tuesday and some changes are underway. KSTP's Tom Durian talks with the superintendent of St. Paul public schools, Valeria Silva, about some of the changes.

They talk about communication with parents, putting GPS in school buses, school start times, and making sure freshmen are on the path to a four-year graduation.
