The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the 21-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in a head-on collision in Wright County last week.
Robert Brau of Willmar died after he was hit by a 17-year-old girl on Highway 12 near Montrose on Thursday morning.
The teen was driving eastbound on the road when she crossed the center line and hit the 2003 Suzuki motorcycle driven by Brau, which was traveling in the opposite direction, the State Patrol says.
Brau was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the State Patrol. He was wearing a helmet.
The collision remains under investigation.
Law enforcement will release the name of the teen when the investigation is completed and a decision is made regarding criminal charges.
The Wright County Sheriff's Office assisted the State Patrol.
