A new apartment development will be coming to Minnetonka.
The design will be a unique, 174-unit building on a vacant wooded island, according to Twin Cities Business Journal. It will be in the shadow of the Carlson Center Corporate campus on an island, with water on all sides.
A Dallas-based company and its Iowa partner are developing the project called The Island Residences at Carlson Center, and they will also add a bridge for vehicles to the island.
The apartments should be complete sometime next year.
