TCF Bank Stadium Changes from Turf to Grass

TCF Bank Stadium's maintenance crew is preparing for the Guinness International Champions Cup match that will be played in the stadium Saturday, Aug. 2. 

The crew is changing the playing surface from turf to grass to create a pitch for the soccer matches. 

The match between Manchester City and Olymiacos will begin at 2 p.m. 

Following the completion of the international match, Minnesota United and the Ottawa Fury will take the pitch in a North American Soccer League match-up.
