Protesters in St. Paul were calling for peace and an end to violence Saturday after a stay-at-home mom was killed a week ago.

Police found 22-year-old British Morris-Rice dead in a car with an gunshot wound last Saturday.

Community members took to Thomas and Grotto streets in the Frogtown neighborhood to protest against violence. They held up signs and expressed their frustration with criminal activity.

Two people have been arrested in connection to Morris-Rice's death, one has since been released.
