Woodbury could be seeing some major development in the near future.

On Monday night, the Woodbury Planning Commission approved a plan to rezone the former State Farm Office complex on Radio Drive near Interstate 94.

It’s been empty for eight years.

Developers plan to spruce up the site and add other businesses, like a grocery store and hotel.

The city council still needs to vote on the change.

If approved, construction could start later this year.
