High Water Causing Problems for Twin Cities River Rats Water Ski Team

Besides causing headaches for homeowners, high waters mean river recreation is restricted.

That means trouble for one group that uses the Mississippi River to practice and perform a summertime favorite.

KSTP photojournalist Dave Peterson caught up with the Twin Cities River Rats Water Ski Team at their backup practice location.

They will be having their first show Thursday, June 26, at Keller Lake. Show time is set for 7:30 p.m.
