Residents in Ogilvie are being asked to stay away from a building that caught on fire Wednesday.

A fire at the Used-a-Bit building on Main Street started late Wednesday afternoon, according to the Kanabec County Times.

No injuries were reported.

The building was being renovated, and workers were not inside when the fire started.

High voltage electric lines of the building were weakened by the heat and flames from the fire. Officials feared the wires could come down at any time so they are asking residents to stay away, according to the Kanabec County Times.

Crews were waiting to make repairs once the fire and the building were better stabilized.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
