The 140th Annual Kentucky Derby is underway in Lexington Saturday, but Minnesota residents who are over 18 still have the options to make officials bets on the races.

TwinSpires is accepting bets online for those looking to place some money on the horses. The race will take place at 5:24 p.m. central time.

You will be required to provide your full legal name, phone number, email address, residence address, mailing address (if different), social security number, driver's license number and state, and any other information that may be required.

Look here for the website's terms and conditions.

The website is an official member of Churchill Downs.

Horse racing fans use automated betting terminals to place wagers on horse races Wednesday at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky.
