INTERVIEW: Festival of Nations Underway at St. Paul RiverCentre

Thousands of people will make their way to St. Raul RiverCentre this weekend to celebrate the nations.

It’s all part of Minnesota’s largest multicultural celebration called the Festival of Nations. The theme is Peace among the people.

Anne DeBeau-Melting, the general chair for the event, stopped by KSTP to talk about what people can expect, and what makes it different from others.

The event runs Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Tickets are $13.50 for adults and $8 for kids
