It's been a 'head spinning' couple of days for the Vikings offense.

The group is getting a crash course in a new system during voluntary mini camp at Winter Park. In three days, players will learn 85 percent of offensive coordinator Norv Turner's system.

"It's an exciting challenge," said quarterback Matt Cassel. "You know the results are there."

Cassel, who is working with his seventh coordinator is six years, said Turner's success with other quarterbacks is exciting.

Cassel took reps alongside Christian Ponder during Wednesday's workout. Ponder said Cassel is expected "to be a starter. But for me, I'm competing for the job."
