Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges sent out an update Wednesday on what the city is doing to repair potholes. The city has an extra $1 million in funding to get work done.

Right now the city has at least two to three crews dedicated to pothole filling. More permanent repairs will start next week.

Mayor Hodges says if temperatures aren't warm enough, crews will continue to fill potholes and will put off permanent repairs until temperatures warm up.
