The opening of the Plymouth Yard Waste Drop Off Site has been delayed to allow time for the site to dry out after the recent snowy weather. The site will open for the season at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, weather permitting.
The site will be open Wednesdays through Sundays. Through the month of April, the site will be open 3-6 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
From May through August, hours of operation will be 3-8 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday- Sunday.
The site will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the season and for major holidays, including Easter. The site will also be closed until 3 p.m. Saturday, May 4 for the annual Drop-Off Day.
The site is available for Plymouth residents only – identification is required. Residents may dispose of spring lawn rakings, leaves, vegetative garden waste and brush or tree waste. Materials that are not accepted include grass clippings, lumber, sod, soil and stumps.
