Travel Thursday: Beach Vacation Plans Popular in Twin Cities

Lots of Minnesotans are thinking about heading the the beach for a vacation, especially after the harsh winter we've had.

Trip Advisor reported 76 percent of Twin Cities residents are planning a beach vacation. That number seems high, but those are just people who said they're planning.

Twenty-three percent said they were inspired to do so because of our harsh winter.

The top spots include Hawaii and Florida.
