In this week's edition of At Issue, Brad Sattin, in for host Tom Hauser, takes an in-depth look at the local political issues that affect you.

This week Gov. Mark Dayton said he won't sign a bill legalizing medical marijuana without the support of the law enforcement community.

Law enforcement has opposed the bill because of the potential for illegal sales and use, but supporters said they won't give up working to find a compromise.

The House unanimously passed a bill this week that would ensure all public school students get a hot lunch. A report released this year found that more than half the school districts in the state had been refusing hot lunch to students who couldn't pay.

A controversial anti-bullying law is moving forward after a Senate committee passed the bill. Proponents say it will help prevent teen suicides and depression; the opposition says it doesn't protect all kids.

DFL strategist Darin Broton and Republican strategist Sarah Janecek joined Brad Sattin for a discussion of a Minnesota lawmaker's controversial tweet, medical marijuana and the progress made so far in this legislative session.
