It’s the time of year when food shelf use is on the rise.
Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners is hosting a food share campaign.
This year, they have set a goal of collecting 100,000 lbs. of food and $100,000 for the IOCP Food Shelf to help meet the increased need in our community.
A group from United Healthcare donated 1,400 pounds of food.
The items most needed include flour, sugar and cooking oil.
