INTERVIEW: Political Expert on President Obama's Minn. Visit

President Barack Obama is en route to Minnesota for a visit focused on mass transit.

The president will first tour the Metro Transit rail operations and maintenance facility. Then, he will head to the Union Depot in St. Paul to speak about job creation and improving our state's infrastructure.

Neil Kraus, a political science professor at the University of Wis.-River Falls joined Chris Egert in the studio to talk about how the president's visit and speech could effect legislation in the state, transportation projects and elections.
