Criminal charges may be filed against a person who made a social media post accusing a Rogers High School teacher of sexual misconduct. One student has come forward Tuesday morning, saying they are partially responsible for the website called "Rogers Rumors", where comments are sent anonymously.

Rogers Police Chief Jeff Beahen said some comments are true, some are jokes and there's no accountability.

Rogers student Reid Sagehorn was suspended after sending a reported sarcastic tweet in response to allegations of him having inappropriate relations with a female gym teacher on the website, both friends of Sagehorn and Beahen said.

The student that has come forward has not said they are responsible for the actual posting.

Both the teacher and Sagehorn reportedly deny having inappropriate relations. Police say they are extremely confident that absolutely nothing sexual happened between them. Read the full story here.

Attorney Jon Schindel stopped by our KSTP-TV studio Tuesday evening to discuss Internet law.
